Resisting Enclosure – Rights of Nature, the ALBA, Bolivia and Ecuador: NZ Legal Research Foundation Lecture

A lecture presenting my Fowlds Memorial Prize-winning Master of Laws thesis, entitled Resisting Enclosure: the emergence of an ethno-ecological governance in a comparative analysis of the constitutions of Bolivia, Ecuador and Venezuela, on 14 March 2013 at the University of Auckland School of Law.
